£975 .00 plus VAT
(Small to Medium sized Practice)
£1,775.00 plus VAT
(Large Practice)
Your Practice Mentor will arrange a day long visit to your practice in order to carry out the Vision Plan – this should be a ‘usual working day’, however, your Mentor will require 1.5 hours patient free time with you and your Manager and 15 minutes with each additional operator and individual support team member.
Your Mentor will produce an executive summary report and approximately two weeks later will arrange a half day (three hour) meeting with you and your Manager to give your feedback from the visit and help create your three year vision and development plan. The Vision Plan feedback session will identify the likely impact the Practice Mentor Programme will have on your future profitability which is very likely to exceed your expectations.

£575 - £1,350 per month plus VAT
We recommend a three year program to ensure to benefit from the full effect on your profits.
