Who will I be working with?

Our National Development Manager, Janice Charlton, will conduct the initial Vision Plan appointment and feedback session. Janice will lay out your three year 'Practice Development Programme' giving clear recommendations to help you unlock the potential of your team and maximise profit opportunities.

You will then be allocated a dedicated, highly experienced Mentor who has been selected to match the development needs of your Practice. Your Mentor will work with you at a 'grass roots' level providing, training, guidance, unbiased advice and support at each step of your practice development
